Greg Mills B.Sc., Dip. Sc. Ag.
Greg is the General Manager of GoAhead Business Solutions. His career to date has seen him work with businesses from dress shops to duck farms, painters to piggeries, abattoirs to apiarists, electricians to egg farmers, cafes to cotton growers, restaurants to rabbit farms and dry cleaners to dairies.
He is the Independent Chair of the Council for Sustainable Egg Farming, a member of the Australian Pork Industry Capability and Technology Transfer Specialist Group, National Treasurer of the Australasia-Pacific Extension Network and a foundation member of the Australian Centre for Food Integrity management committee. In 2009, 2011 & 2013 his contributions to agricultural and natural resources management extension in Australia was acknowledged with the presentation of Certificates of Recognition in the Australasian-Pacific Extension Network Awards for Excellence in Extension.
Greg’s passion is helping small business owners, primary producers, industry organisations and community groups build an awesome future. He specializes in driving business growth, creating constructive conflict, building consumer trust and asking the dumb questions that make people think.

Mrs Carmel Mills, B.A., M.B.A., D.F.S., A.D.F.S.
Carmel has a decade of workplace experience at Management level in the Community Services sector. Carmel is also a qualified Financial Planner with 8 years experience in the Financial Services Sector. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Major in psychology) through the University of New England and a Masters in Business Administration through the University of Southern Queensland. Carmel has also completed Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
With a strong community engagement background and skills in training and facilitation in addition to her staff management and administrative background and a “can do” attitude Carmel is keen to work with individuals and groups to provide business coaching services on behalf of GoAhead Business Solutions
